The Actualization Club
The Actualization Club is a group activity where people help each other achieve their goals and dreams through high-energy exciting activities.
What makes this format unique is co-creation: Participants discuss what actualization means for them, and vote on which activities they want to do from a set of menus:
- Actualization activities: Exercises for growth, self-awareness, and progress toward goals
- Raising vibration: Practices that lift mood and energy, e.g. gratitude, celebration, meditation
- Connection games: Questions, games, and relaxation that deepen connection between participants
- Discussion topics: Group discussions on practical personal-growth topics
- Additional activities: Shared outings and projects: meals, hikes, art, sports, service
Here is an introduction to the main elements of the club:
- Ask and It Is Given!: A gifting circle, matching members’ wish lists with others’ offers.
- Co-coaching: Two peers take turns coaching each other toward their goals.
- Mastermind: A group meeting where members brainstorm how to reach their goals.
